Jennifer I. Montello concentrates on estate administration, estate litigation, probate contests, and will drafting.

Before joining the firm as an attorney, Ms. Montello served as a law clerk for Hall & Hall where she researched and drafted memoranda of law on estate litigation matters for supervising attorneys, and provided support for the firm’s trust and estate attorney in estate filings, estate litigation, estate planning and estate administration. Prior to joining Hall & Hall, Ms. Montello interned at the Richmond County District Attorney’s Office. She has also interned in the areas of personal injury litigation and real estate transactions.

Ms. Montello received her law degree from St. John’s University School of Law. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Quinnipiac University where she was on the Dean’s List for academic achievement. Ms. Montello is a member of the New York and Richmond County Bar Associations and is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey.
