Amanda Laterza provides both transactional and litigation services at the firm including residential and commercial real estate transactions, mortgage foreclosures, the formation of new business entities, as well as real estate and estate litigation matters. Ms. Laterza deals with the review and clearance of title objections, and represents both purchases and sellers in residential and commercial real estate transactions. Ms. Laterza appears in court proceedings on behalf of the firm in several litigation and foreclosures actions.

Ms. Laterza was a law clerk at Hall & Hall LLP prior to joining the firm as an attorney. She received her Juris Doctor law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law with a concentration in Health Law. She graduated magna cum laude from Seton Hall University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Philosophy and was a member for the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. She is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. She is also an active member of the New York State Bar Association, Richmond County Bar Association, Columbian Lawyers Association and the National Italian American Bar Association.
