The New Jersey branch of our firm, located in Lincroft, New Jersey, a full service office as well, is being managed by our capable partner, Julia Hall Perednia. Our partner Lainie R. Fastman, who has been with the firm since 1986, primarily focuses on trusts and estates; litigation in the probate court; estate planning; guardianships and elder law. Our partners work together and complement each other to be able to deliver the superior services our clients are accustomed to. Our partners have held leadership positions in state and local Bar Associations and have had a variety of experience in the law including positions as law assistants to Judges, legislative counsel to the State Legislature and service on the Board of Counsel to a major title insurer. The firm's partners have lectured before the Richmond County Bar Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers and the New York State Bar Association and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. The firm's partners have contributed to publications of the New York State Bar Association including its videotape series on Real Estate transactions and its book on mortgage foreclosures. Their articles have also been featured in the New York Law Journal, the CPA Journal, the New York State Bar Association’s Real Property Law Section Law Review, the New York State Bar Association’s Trusts and Estates Law Section, the New York Law School Law Review, Equitas, and the New York Times. |
