The Law Firm of HALL & HALL, LLP is a full service law firm consisting of 9 attorneys and over 20 additional support personnel. The practice consists mainly of the following general areas: Commercial and Residential Real Estate, Real Estate Litigation, Mortgage Foreclosures, Banking, Bankruptcy and Creditor's Rights, Will Drafting, Estate Planning, Elder Law, Estate Administration including Probate and Administration, Guardianship Proceedings, Business and Corporate Law, Matrimonial and Family Law, General Commercial Litigation, and Hospital Law.
Our firm has secured the Martindale-Hubbell rating of AV which is the highest rating available to attorneys.
The roots of the firm are traced back to its founding by Albert C. Fach in 1905. In 1949 the firm became known as Fach & Sipp when John L.F. Sipp joined the firm. In 1969, the firm became Fach, Sipp & Hall and in 1974 became the Law Offices of John G. Hall when John L.F. Sipp assumed the Chairmanship of Staten Island Savings Bank, now known as SI Bank & Trust. In 1992, Thomas J. Hall became a partner and the firm assumed its present name of The Law Firm of Hall & Hall, LLP.
Our attorneys have held leadership positions in state and local Bar Associations and have had a variety of experience in the law including positions as law assistants to Judges, legislative counsel to the State Legislature and service on the Board of Counsel to a major title insurer.
The firm's attorneys have lectured before the Richmond County Bar Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers and the New York State Bar Association. The firm's attorneys have contributed to publications of the New York State Bar Association including its videotape series on Real Estate transactions and its book on mortgage foreclosures. Their articles have also been featured in the New York Law Journal and the New York Times.
